Charlotte Miller obtained a History Degree from York University in 1981 and obtained her part one Law Society Solicitor’s Exams in 1983 followed by the part two final exams in 1984. She qualified as a solicitor after her 2 years training contract in 1986 and joined a firm in the West End of London. She started the practise of Miller Evans & Co in 1997 and is the senior partner. She specialises in all aspects of property law both residential and commercial property in particular acting for property developers, buying in sites, dealing with bridging finance and acting on the final off plan sales. She also acts on company commercial matters and wills.

Giselle achieved her law degree at the University of London in followed by the Legal Practice Course at the University of the Northumbria, Newcastle Upon Tyne. She joined Miller Evans & Co Solicitors in Canary Wharf in 2006, working firstly as a paralegal, before completing her training contract and qualifying as a solicitor in 2009. In 2013 she was promoted to Partner, working as a specialist residential conveyancing solicitor dealing with all aspects of freeholds, leaseholds, lease extensions freehold enfranchisement and new build purchases.

Niamh completed her Law Degree LLB at National University Ireland Galway in 2001 followed by her solicitor’s exams or LPC at BPP in London in 2009. She completed her training contract at Miller Evans and qualified as a solicitor in 2012. After a brief period with another firm Niamh returned in 2014 working as a specialised residential property solicitor dealing with freeholds and leaseholds, re-mortgages and in particular off plan purchases.

Shanaz completed her law degree at the London School of Economics in 2011 followed by the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London. She worked as an immigration caseworker at a large Legal Aid firm and then later worked as a paralegal at specialist human rights firm based in the City. She joined Miller Evans & Co Solicitors in 2013, working firstly as a paralegal, before completing her training contract and qualifying as a solicitor in 2016.

Tayma graduated with a law degree from Brunel University in 2014, and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course. She joined Miller Evans & Co in 2015, and worked for some time as a paralegal before beginning her training contract and qualifying as a solicitor in 2019. Tayma specialises in residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, shared ownership purchase, staircasing and re-mortgages.

Ashley completed his law degree at the University of Kent in 2016 and is due to complete his Masters and Legal Practice Couse at the University of Law, London in 2019. He joined Miller Evans & Co Solicitors in 2016 as a Paralegal and is due to commence his training contract in 2019 at a large national firm. Ashley currently assists partner, Giselle Ifill in matters concerning residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, new builds, staircasing and re-mortgages.

Emma completed a four year Law with French degree at the University of Hull in 2017 followed by the Legal Practice Course at BPP University, Holborn in 2018. She has taken part in many work placements over a variety of legal sectors including Private Client and Legal Aid. She joined the team at Miller Evans in 2018 as a paralegal working closely and assisting Solicitor, Shanaz Ali covering all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing and company commercial matters.
